Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is received (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after [cut-off time, e.g., 12 PM MYT] will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within Malaysia and to selected international destinations.

  • West Malaysia:  Estimated delivery [2–5 business days]

  • East Malaysia: Estimated delivery [3–7 business days]

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, customs clearance).


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery status.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs clearance.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and product.

  • For lost packages, please contact the courier directly and inform us so we can assist where possible.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be refunded.
